DREAMSCAPE: SEEDS OF THE SOUL

Set in a garden sanctuary curated to embrace the beauty of nature providing a place for peace with guided immersive sensorial experiences to explore truth, self-love, and balance through the five senses. A dream place to envision possibilities and conscious connection that can go beyond the five senses to connect to spirit, source, nature or god.

An intimate gathering for creative connection with self and others in rediscovering the joy in living a vibrant and soulful life. As we transition to fall, we are sowing the seeds of your soul's calling of what's to come in the next year.

To live on and in your soul’s purpose, we’ll be in the practice of Remembrance. Remembering as a ritual for exploration and experiences in creating a spaciousness to listen and receive messages of your deep ancient truths. Dreamscape is a vessel and seeds need fertile grounds to thrive. We're choosing to co-create this vessel to be in a community to speak your dreams to the world, to be held in a brave and safe space, and to build the world we want.

Journey into a dreamy garden sanctuary for the day. You’ll ease into the day soaking up the elements of the earth with a practice of being present in tapping into the senses.

Tea Workshop: Gong Fu Cha

“Tea comforts the mind, dispels passivity, makes the body cheerful and makes the eyes shine. A cup of tea is like having a bath on the inside.”

-The divine farmer’s classic of materia medica by Shen Nong

By setting aside time to fully acknowledge “simply being,” we can find a little more joy and celebration of life in the present moment. Through mindfully performed rituals, like serving tea, we deepen our connection, sharpen our mind and find a better appreciation of our senses. The tea ritual therefore has the extraordinary virtue of introducing into the absurdity of our lives a hint of serene harmony.

This tea workshop will  focus on a sensorial experience; emphasizing tea as being much more than a few tea leaves with hot water. Tea is an “art de vivre”. This simple experience of drinking tea can become so much more, by just being present in the moment and aware of your senses. If you drink a cup of tea mindfully, you will see that you will become one with nature, and that is where the peace is. Through the workshop, You will be introduced to the origins of tea and its values. Participants will learn how just one plant, like the camellia sinensis can create six beautiful colors of teas (white, green, red, blue, black and yellow). We will go over the subtle nuances on how to prepare the right cup of tea and the harmony of the elements to fully enjoy a sip of tea. Served in a relaxed Chinese style ceremony, called Gong Fu Cha, which means, “making tea with great skills.” A seasonal and clean tea from sustainable agriculture will be served and participants will be introduced to a sensorial tea tasting experience of their five senses.

MEET RHEA
of Living Heart Bodywork + Saturn’s Moon Botanicals

In 2004, I was at a pivotal time when I was dissatisfied and didn't know why. I felt trapped in my own web, I felt like I was in an endless loop that kept coming back to itself no matter what I did. The desire to conform and assimilate to society and cultural norms left me defining my differences by someone else's standards. This only led to disembodiment, losing, and hiding parts of myself that spiraled me down to a life lacking purpose and vitality.

My curiosities led me to question my existence. Also, with a desire to make a difference with my life's work, I knew there had to be another way of being and knowing.

My path led me to Massage Therapy as an access point for me to an eye-opening journey of self-understanding. I developed an awareness of the physical body and the energy within it. This was the beginning of my journey of reawakening my soul. Recognizing the sole responsibility of living my life from the inside, I devoted my life to feeling joy, beauty, creativity, and freedom. With the desire in supporting and leading others in living a life on purpose, I am a co-facilitator of soul remembrance and holder of sacred space, I curate experiences for others to live a vibrant, joyful, and sovereign life.

MEET LESLIE
of Dirty Mermaid Beauty

I have been graced to learn from many inspirational women who have taught me how to swim, so to speak. They have each shared with me in their own way that beauty is unique, beauty radiates from within, and most importantly beauty transcends surface and shape.

I developed the Dirty Mermaid Beauty collection in 2015 as an homage to all women, reminding us to prioritize and cultivate space for self-nurturing rituals...and to holistically define our own beauty...not have it defined for us. Created at a time when I was personally feeling depleted from the pace and overstimulation of living in New York City and working multiple jobs, I started to feel my strength return while playing and formulating with natural ingredients and creating something of my own to share with others. 6 years later, myself and my small business are still evolving...and I feel immense gratitude for the women I have met along this journey. I am honored to be a part of the second Dreamscape Retreat: Seeds of the Soul.

MEET ANGÉLIQUE
of YOIN

In late 2018, I experienced a shift in my life both personally and professionally, like wings growing inside me! I felt a thirst for deepening my creativity by doing more illustrations and also a thirst for learning, finding more purpose in my job and to bring something good, nice and cozy to people. Water has always been my element. It is where I feel the best and safe. That's why I love swimming, sauna or anything with good hot water! So it is not by accident that I love tea because when I sip a few cups of tea, I feel like my body is immersing in hot water and I feel comforted and tranquil. In 2019, I formally entered the tea world and enrolled in a tea master program and this new beautiful world has continued to open many doors for me since then. In 2020, before the pandemic, I had already planned to quit my job and make a career change in tea and well-being and was wanting to open my tiny tea shop / sauna or well-being space. I was supposed to fly on March 28, 2020 and go to Hawaii to work on a tea farm for few months and then travel to Taiwan, Japan and Korea to deepen my knowledge in tea, find inspiration and tea producers. But this didn't happen as borders closed before I could travel...

As weird as it seems, this didn't make me lose hope or have regret about quitting my job. This shut down time made me think more about what I wanted to do. I did a massage workshop and got certified in facial reflexology, which opened more doors in my mind and inspired my move to California to become a Massage Therapist. Massage is taught more therapeutically in California, whereas in France, massage is more about spa, luxury and relaxation focus. This recent knowledge and experiences made me aware that what I really like the most and the common things between tea, reflexology and massage is the notion of rituals. Personally, it is were I find tranquility, joy, beauty and where my eyes shine the most and makes my heart warm.

Let's play together and steep some tea leaves!
